Mr. Thacker is a Principal and Regional Director within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, which oversees Ares' client management activities in the global wealth channel. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Thacker was a Vice President in the Product Management Group at Black Creek Group, where he focused on distribution of the firm's investment products and provided education on alternative real estate investment strategies to financial advisors. Previously, Mr. Thacker was an Associate at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on product origination within the Morgan Stanley alternative investments divisions. Mr. Thacker holds a B.A. from Dallas Baptist University in Finance and an M.B.A. from Texas Christian University. He also holds a CAIA designation.
