Ms. Schloss is a Principal within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, which oversees Ares' client management activities in the global wealth channel. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Ms. Schloss was a Principal and Product Specialist in the Real Estate Group at Blackstone, where she focused on capital raising activities for Blackstone's institutional real estate funds. Previously, Ms. Schloss was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where she focused on cleared derivatives. Ms. Schloss holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in Public Policy and an M.B.A., with honors, from Columbia Business School.
